Q:How do I know that my Booking is confirmed ?
A: Whether a booking is made online or over the phone confirmations would be sent to you vai, sms or email which would include your Reservation Number and Travel Details.
Q: What are the Diffrent mode of payment you support?
A: We accept all major Credit and Debit cards. We also accept Net Banking, Google Pay, Phone Pay, we acept Creadit card, Mster card, Visa and all Debit cards.
Q: Can I by for someone else using my Credit/Debit card?
A: Yes definetly you need to mention the card holder details for the card payment but you can enter any one's Name for the Car Booking.
Q: What are our current city of operation?
A: Kolkata, Siliguri, Guwahati, Surat, Ahmedabad, Raipur, Raigar, Bilashpur,Bhubneshwar, Delhi, Mumbai, Patna, Chhapra & Jaipur.
The Base Fares are generally available as:
4HRS 40km, 8HRS 80km, 10HRS 100km, packages.
Aditional KM & HRS will be payable extra.
